As a result my bike wasn’t set up properly and I felt uncomfortable at times on the bike.

I feel sorry for the staff and instructor. I had to walk out after 20mins. Not to standard at all. The place needs a revamp and I’m requesting a full refund on my lost class. Awaiting Class Pass management to approve.
