se alle anmeldelserHot yoga was intense heat wise its definitely not for the faint hearted! But amazing class well explained, Stella is very friendly , always smiling ans trying to make people smile.. ( which seems to be hard) not sure why people who attend classes are so serious and unfriendly.. the ladies at the reception were very nice, though they didnt say anything to me as a 1st timer.

se alle anmeldelserYogaFlow with Suha and Christine at Crimson Chambers is absolutely amazing! Inside Flow is exactly what I needed, it’s such a beautiful experience for the body, mind and soul. It helps you connect with your inner self, your inner dancer and your creativity. You flow to the beat, you flow with intention, and most importantly, you flow for YOU. There’s something very special about connecting with yourself while also being part of this beautiful community of people who seem to vibrate with the same energy. I only wish they offered more classes so I could enjoy Inside Flow more days of the week! ❤️ Totally recommend it!

se alle anmeldelserI really liked the instructor, she was kind and friendly. Unfortunately she was substituting, so I didn’t get to try the chair as I wanted, but the workout on the reformer was great! Not too challenging, but just right for a beginners class. The only thing I disliked is having to walk through the heat to the studio. The aesthetics of the studio are very nice.
