He exudes positive energy, he engages with everyone, the music is great, the sessions are well structured and the instructions are always clear. The class will push you but Chris looks out for everyone and keeps it fun with some banter and jokes. I've been going consistently since January and have improved my power number significantly (from ~200 to 250watts). The motivation to come back each week is never lost, RIDE45 is a staple workout for me and often the highlight in my week!

Very clean studio and a great playlist to motivate you throughout the class! If you are a beginner or advanced I would recommend Alex for all levels really great at what he does
