It was more difficult to relax and at no point could I breathe into the poses as she flew through them. I would suggest to slow down at different parts of the class and allow for some silence to be able to better connect with the body.

Appreciate that she provided a range of options to ensure you’re as challenged as you wish. Only quibble is that there are too many reformer beds in such a small room. Feels borderline claustrophobic:
