However it felt very fast paced and there were times everyone was looking confused or to our neighbors for the next move because she was going super fast for a slow flow class. She was able to move me into the correct form without being too pushy or invasive, and gave us shout outs when we were doing well. I had a “circumstance” that made me late to class and I’m so grateful she held the door a few extra minutes so I could soak up her wonderful guidance and wisdom. It felt more eastern yogic than western, for example we started with a group “om” and mantra and then went into deep and long stretching without music, just extra focus on the breath work. The teacher was very helpful and supportive and the class being small helped as well! Would definitely go back when I’m really sore or in need of more relaxation focused yoga.
