Tough but so encouraging & inspiring. You can tell he loves what he does. I did Nelson’s last week, what a joke. He thinks he’s so funny, but he’s not. Don’t let a full, big class fool you. The workout was just ok. Not here for clout. All the others just seem to have egos for the following, but frank is real, consistent, and just the best! Quality over quantity always! 🙏🏾🙌🏽💕

The studio is super cute — right near the design district with plenty of parking, which is always a win. TBH the owners invested in this place and it shows. Tia was a great instructor, so knowledgeable and patient with students making sure they know how to use the machine. The studio feels like a SPA, you walk in and just feel comfortable and relaxed.
