She makes the effort to greet me each time, which I do appreciate. Her class consistently has a great balance of speed spins vs resistance, some choreo, some strength weight training, and caters to all levels of attendees, which not every trainer can do. She is inspiring and challenges all of her students. I especially appreciate that she honors and encourages others to take their variations and do what’s best for them in their own body. This little permission slip that she gives us makes me feel so much better about taking poses on my knees instead of putting pressure on my ankles. I personally liked the other side that had more squat racks and wide open space available to do barbell cleans. Showers were very nice, I liked that they provided soap and a hair dryer in the women’s locker room. I totally forgot to grab a eucalyptus towel on the way out but I’ll surely do that next time. Parking was easy to find! Will be coming here regularly.

Individually asked everyone if they had any injuries (unlike other teacher, making me more comfortable to share) she took class very slowly. she made some great jokes and shared very encouraging thoughts that made me work harder to achieve. i would love to see her on the schedule more, especially for beginner classes!! 100/10 recommend taking a class with her

Perfect blend of volume, speed, affirmations and tone. Aaron is so talented. What a gift to be guided by him!!! I think Aaron has a very different job than Breathe coach during the week (something that may require a hard hat) and he clearly is a multi hyphenate of capacity /wisdom.
