I loved how she spent time before the massage asking about what was going on with my body and was so knowledgeable. She was able to clearly explain the connection between a few issues I’ve been experiencing and afterwards she gave me some great “at home” work I can do. She was warm and kind and had the strongest hands (exactly what I needed). She also helped me focus in my breath throughout. I will definitely be back!
