se alle anmeldelserI have been going to prenatal yoga at Soul of Yoga throughout my 2nd and 3rd trimester and it’s been the best thing I’ve done for myself in pregnancy! Katerina is an incredibly talented instructor and helps us connect movement to breath and to our baby at every stage. She also leads a community share at the beginning of class and it’s lead to so many wonderful connections and conversations that I wouldn’t otherwise have with a room full of pregnant women going through the same thing.

The studio is clean, open with natural light and fresh coastal air from the ocean just a moment away - the other students in the class are welcoming and friendly. One of the best yoga classes I’ve ever attended! I left having learned new postures and new ways to access them, along with having much more space in my joints, blood flow to tissues and a calm and relaxed mind!! Truly one of a kind

Have to fight through some of the poses.. but literally felt instructor having a little glance my way to make sure okay. Loved the class will be back!!!
