I always try to catch either of her sculpt or power classes while I’m in town! Her music is killer too. Be prepared to sweat! Oh, she also incorporates tabata which is always fun and makes cardio way more bearable.

Someone planning my workout, real lifting without too much HIIT, and coaches who ACTUALLY know what they’re talking about to make sure my form is protecting my injuries. Great workout. Each coach I’ve had so far has great energy and checks on everyone throughout the session. I like too I can cut my reps when I need to schedule and injury return to play wise and no one is “trying to motivate me.” If you want a group class or just a class where you can sorta feel like you’re still solo lifting.
