They’re the perfect combination of a challenging workout, true barre-style combinations, and a nervous system cool down at the end. If you have previous experience with barre, I highly recommend trying this class, there’s no need to be intimidated by the Level 3 label even though the class is still challenging. Natali also genuinely pays attention to your form and makes sure you’re working the right muscles without putting unnecessary strain on the wrong areas.
