se alle anmeldelserI mean there is pilates and then there is Pilates (with a capital P). Marleen's classes are the latter ones. These classes are demanding, but she motivates everyone to do their best. Her classes are always booked to the max (for reason), but she still manages to see everyone. Personally I have seen huge improvements, even as I frequent her classes only weekly.

se alle anmeldelserLoved the class with the red light, it makes it cozier while getting a workout done. I would have appreciated a more intense class, but that’s just personal preference. There were still some challenging flows! Josephina voice is calming and guidance very understandable :)
