Also if you are going through class pass it’s seems best to first call and say you are using class pass and state a time before booking because this is an instant book i don’t think they have it set up a certain way to block off other times. My technician Coco was very professional, didn't talk much and let me rest. However the environment was loud and restless. Other customers talking on the phone, shouting to get attention for waiting too long. Buying with credits cost about $15 more than their regular price. I won't be using class pass if I ever go back. Coco tried to push me to put down deposit to sign up for sessions. I know it is part of her job. She wasn't pushy when I said I needed time to feel the results.
