se alle anmeldelserThis class has become my preferred start to the weekend! As ever, I really enjoyed practice this morning. I definitely feel stronger, the class is always challenging in some way or another and I always leave with a nugget of yoga philosophy/wisdom. Would love to see some focussed teaching on some asanas as I like to get the approach from different teachers, but I appreciate it may be tricky to incorporate into a vinyasa flow class. Hope to do so later in the year on one of John’s retreats!
