She will help you get set up with everything and throughout the class she does demonstrations of the moves prior and really goes into depth on how to activate each muscle! She always knows how to say things without you feeling like you aren't doing enough or too much, she makes you feel like it's your practice and it's at your pace. The studio is warm and welcoming and the class is friendly!! I'd say I'm a regular now and I always feel loved when I come in and a thousand times better when I leave. It wasn’t about rushing through the workout or cramming in as much as possible like so many other studios do. The pace made me feel more connected to each movement, and I left feeling centered. I also got a beautiful ring from their gift shop. I’ll be back.
