se alle anmeldelserIt was my first time going to a cycling class and the instructor Alexa was such an amazing coach and motivator! Her energy keeps you going throughout the experience! They welcomed me and made me feel very comfortable and supported for my first time! This class was great and I’d recommend it for beginners like myself. It was challenging but fun and extremely fulfilling to finish the class. Will definitely be returning!

I was able to modify the workout to something within my range. I learned some new tips. Great instructor. Great gym. 10/10 would recommend.

se alle anmeldelserSmaller more intimate class. Good vibes inside with crystals and focal points on the walls to help balance and focus. Had a different instructor but she was still really great! I like that they had cards given out at the beginning of class depicting whether you’re okay with the instructor helping adjust your poses or not. The instructor was great at helping adjust poses and was very kind, warm, and welcoming. I think her name was Ashley. Will definitely be returning!
