She was full of jokes, encouragement, and instruction. Class was light-hearted, but we put in work. It was a great start to my day and I will definitely be returning!!

se alle anmeldelserNot going to lie, it was HARD for a beginner but it was a really good workout and even though I struggled.. ill be back because you can tell the instructor really cares about form and making sure you are safe and getting a good workout. I hurt myself at solidcore so I was looking for a more intimate setting but better workout and this is the perfect place!

se alle anmeldelserI reeeaally enjoyed this class! I was definitely nervous since I was the only women kickboxing but the trainer made sure I felt comfortable. They pushed me so hard. They pushed me to new limits and I enjoyed every minute of it. I definitely recommend other women to take his classes.

se alle anmeldelserKatie is the instructor I've spent the most time with as I've been attending silks fundamentals, and she is great! I'm not really my most energetic at 7:30pm on a Thursday evening, but I usually leave feeling great about the class. I've been going long enough at this point to know I won't feel my strongest every class, but Katie is super energizing, encouraging, and patient. I kind of can't believe how much I've learned and all I'm able to do since I went to my first class in January. I think she teaches hammock too? so I definitely want to try out one of those classes eventually too.
