I like the selected poses but I think there was a lot of Shivasana at the beginning and at the end and we could’ve had room for maybe one more really good pigeon or something to really make a soft chocolate mousse out of us.

There were many positions which stretched out parts of my body which I never knew I needed stretching or knew how to stretch out, but the intensity of the stretch made it evident that it was very much needed.
