I’ve been doing a lot of walking, calisthenics and climbing recently, and my calves, mid-back and shoulders were extremely tight. Josh quickly identified the problem areas and worked through them thoroughly while keeping the pressure at a good level throughout. The session was intense in a good way and I left feeling noticeably looser and more balanced physically. He also gave useful feedback on where tension is building up and what to focus on going forwards.
