se alle anmeldelserI love core and restore! It’s a great mix of abs/obliques focus + 25 minutes of deep stretch. Destiny is great giving options to go deeper or make it lighter. I love that she distinguishes between the “work” and the restore by turning off the lights, putting up battery candles, slowing down the music and spraying eucalyptus spray on those who want it to really set the tone that it’s time to rest. I look forward to it every week!

One thing I really like about the equipment is the leather shoulder strap. As other gyms I tried all have the soft fabric type it is hard for me to reach them due to my shoulder problem. Will go back again.

se alle anmeldelserI’ve been to about 6 Pilates classes at 6 different studios. Legacy Club Pilates is my favorite so far. I am thankful there is no loud music and that the focus is on the flow of exercises to strengthen and lengthen upper, core and lower body. They have a system (and add’l props) that non of the other studios have to safely support the body while still challenging the different muscle groups. The instructor was so nice and watched our group to make small adjustments when needed.
