She also demonstrated the exercises which was super helpful to follow. There are just 5 people in the class so she can go round correcting students. The studio didn’t feel very hot as well.

I am visiting from the US and typically do Solidcore which is a class that is similar and this class was challenging even though I knew many of the exercises already. This was my first lagree class and a very fun introduction. I would highly recommend taking a class with Stephanie.
