se alle anmeldelserPretty 3rd floor space and kind instructor! Classes at Alo are perfect for someone like me visiting from out of town. They lay out mats and props for everyone before class, so you don't need to bring anything with you! (except water) They also welcomed us to use the store/staff bathroom, which was very convenient. I'd consider this class welcoming to all levels, but you might want to have some basic yoga experience or let the instructor know if you are newer. The more complex movements were always demonstrated, but the more common poses for our flow sequences were mostly just called out by name as she walked around the room.

I loved how private the sauna experience was, and how you could queue up Netflix or Spotify or a guided meditation. Everyone was also incredibly friendly and informative - I can’t wait to come back!

They gave me a full hour and felt so relaxed! Will definitely be coming back on ClassPass or even without!
