And after experiencing it with others, i have to say he is the most gentle, calm and safe in his style to lead such an intimate group session. Excellent holding capacity, speed, music, words. Although after the breathing the best for me to stay in silence to feel everything that comes to me.

Only point of improvement is that the teacher paid little attention to stretching after the bar exercises and maybe she could encourage slow and controlled movements a bit more. It was very fast, and for Pilates that’s not the point.

I like the selected poses but I think there was a lot of Shivasana at the beginning and at the end and we could’ve had room for maybe one more really good pigeon or something to really make a soft chocolate mousse out of us.

The only thing is I wanted to write a little suggestion to the owners of the studio. I have been there now a few times and what I am really missing is bit of cosiness to the place. Water and tea station is available at most studios in Amsterdam so this should really be added. Maybe some plants and candles (reusable is fine, it is just for the atmosphere). Thank you!
