Her Hot Vinyasa Flow classes are beautifully guided, with every asana thoughtfully rooted in the breath, creating a practice that feels both grounding and expansive. What I appreciate most is her ability to meet students exactly where they are. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, she creates space to explore, learn, grow, and deepen your practice without pressure or judgment. Her cues are clear, her energy is calming, and her presence is genuinely uplifting. You leave class feeling stronger, more connected, and somehow a little brighter than when you arrived. Gess has a gift for making yoga accessible while still offering plenty of opportunities for more advanced practitioners to play, challenge themselves, and evolve. A truly beautiful teacher and a wonderfully guided practice every single time. Highly recommend. 🙏✨💛

They have all of their upcoming students names on a cute welcome sign out front, so I immediately felt welcome without even stepping foot inside. The indoor space itself is lovely. They have a beautiful selection of gifts and plants. Really unique, local vendors and a delicious coffee shop! (I got the coconut latte and it was delicious) the class was great! Livia is a wonderful instructor and really encouraging. I hadn’t done reformer in a long time due to a foot injury but she took great care of me. The class size was small and it almost felt like a private lesson. My core was on fire without being overworked or compromising form. I can’t wait to come back!!

se alle anmeldelserI really enjoyed my first class at Flo by Flourish! The instructor was a sub tonight, but she did a great job. I wasn’t sure what to expect since the studio is inside a med spa, but it ended up being a fantastic experience. I do a lot of Pilates, so this was a nice change of pace. The class incorporated heavier weights and offered a great strength workout that definitely challenged me in a different way. It was the perfect balance of strength and stretching, and I left feeling like I got a really effective workout. The class size was small with only seven participants plus the instructor. To top it all off, during the final stretch we were each given a chilled, lightly scented towel to place over our faces. It was such a thoughtful touch and the perfect way to end a great class. I’ll definitely be back!

Diane took the time to correct my form and posture throughout class, which made a huge difference in how I felt and helped me get the most out of every movement. Her instruction is encouraging, clear, and welcoming for all fitness levels. The studio itself is adorable! It was bright, airy, and very inviting. The atmosphere made the workout even more enjoyable. I left feeling stronger, energized, and like I had gotten a truly effective full-body workout. I highly recommend Diane’s classes to anyone looking for a supportive instructor and an organized space to move and feel your best!
