se alle anmeldelserSuch a great teacher and such a fun and thoughtful class. We focused on the hamstrings today and slowly over an hour when through a series of different poses to find more opening. So rare to get that much attention to detail in a yoga class.

Everyone was so welcoming - including the other women in the class. Was a great restorative practice and really appreciated Georgia asking for requests and then following through with poses to benefit.

se alle anmeldelserMaureen was hilarious! We did a whole set to All Too Well 10 Minute Version and it flew by because she was telling us about the lore of Jake Gyllenhaal’s scarf 😂 highly recommend! This class was super fun!
