This was only my second time and each time I feel a bit more confident and comfortable. The instructor was super friendly and made polite suggestions when I needed to correct my form. Shamelessly I have to hold onto the bars for extra support and she never once tried to make me push harder allowing me to stay in my comfort zone as I gradually build my endurance. LOVE this class and will be back again!
