A lot of fun! The teacher is really nice and you learn a lot of important skills. Bring a friend with you as there is a lot of partner work and it’s nice to do it with someone you know (not a requirement though). You may also need a pair of boxing gloves. This is just an intro to Krav Maga - if you want to continue you’ll need to sign up for a longer commitment of two months or more.
