I especially loved the Reformer Flow class — it was engaging, challenging and kept me focused throughout. The trainer Carole gave very clear instructions and guidance, while still making the class feel dynamic and challenging. A wonderful experience from start to finish! ✨

Yoga Nordic earns the layering. A thoughtful fit-out within a busy commercial complex: industrial-tuned ceiling — exposed HVAC, suspended acoustic clouds — softened by carved Indian doors, climbing greenery, clerestory glass, and a substantial bronze gong. Bright and acoustically calm despite the shell around it. Julie Lacombe taught Friday's 90-minute Hot Yin with the unhurried precision her training suggests — minimal cueing, extended breathwork, holds long enough to do the work the heat is meant to assist. I usually practice unheated; the crossover was worth it. Booked at 9 ClassPass credits with a €3 mat rental — fair value for the format and duration. Logistics worth knowing: reservations release 10 minutes prior to start, late entry is barred, and mat and towel rentals are available. Bring a change of clothes — the heat is real.

She was incredible at cueing spinal articulation and somehow managed to make the feel-good stretches feel just as intentional as the strength work. She even had me perfecting my Mermaid, finding that extra bit of length and control I didn’t know I had. I definitely felt challenged, but in the best way. Strength Reformer is really one of those classes where you surprise yourself with how strong you actually are. I left feeling strong, stretched out, and very accomplished. Daria is such a gem!
