Her class varies from day to day, but it’s always a true adventure like a nice rollercoaster! She focuses on breath work, stretching, and vinyasa flow. I know she does it all, really! . I love her positive attitude. Okay, she does make you pick an affirmation card, but the class isn’t like that, it’s real! It’s the reason why I love going to Yoga again. I’m getting to use my mind body connection in a great environment without any preaching, while Tiana guides my soul to nirvana by the end of class. -sara
