se alle anmeldelseri wasn’t sure if i would enjoy the virtual teacher thing as i’ve tried it a couple times in the past and it’s never worked for me. but something about the space and the video i chose really worked! the front desk person set me up well, i was the only person using the room and was sweaty after a 30 minute vid. i’ll be back!

Natasha was firm yet loving and positive. She spoke so much life into us, affirming and correcting all throughout. That was amazing! Amazing class, amazing instructor, amazing staff up front. It was definitely challenging but in the best way because I felt so good afterward! I also loved how cute and clean the studio was. I can’t wait to go back!

se alle anmeldelserThe vibe of the studio is very welcoming and calm. It felt intimate and you could really tell Tasheena led the class with empathy and wanted everyone to feel welcome and safe. The added touch of the oil and oracle card at the end was great! I also really enjoyed the sound bath! It was a bunch of great things in one class! If you are looking to strengthen your spiritual practice or just connect to yourself, this is a great place to do that.
