I usually don’t feel very challenged in most classes this one was definitely by the far the best I’ve taken and they had a variety of different classes as well.

She gives clear directions and great cues with countdowns so you know what’s next and how much time left ! It was a well planned class with a great flow. April had dope music and an overall amazing energy and vibe!! This class was great! No complaints! I’ll definitely be back!! Also.. need to mention…. heated classes are not for the weak!!

se alle anmeldelserI have been taking Pilates for 5 years now and been to maybe 20 studios in LA and met probably close to 50 different teachers at this point. It’s an overly saturated market and not all classes, studios or teachers are created equal. Tracy is THE best Pilates teacher in Los Angeles. Not only do I love her flow and music, but she is easy to understand. She is patient and non judgmental or intimidating. Most teachers make you feel dumb if you don’t get it- but she makes you feel strong and empowered. She also knows how to make class fun and challenging and an hour flies by so fast. Her classes are like therapy for my mind and body. I can’t recommend her enough! Evoken is a beautiful, intimate space and feels like a treat every time I walk in. If you are new to Pilates, take her class. If you’ve been doing it for years, take her class. No matter who you are or your level, you will quickly see why she is one of the best!

se alle anmeldelseri wasn’t sure if i would enjoy the virtual teacher thing as i’ve tried it a couple times in the past and it’s never worked for me. but something about the space and the video i chose really worked! the front desk person set me up well, i was the only person using the room and was sweaty after a 30 minute vid. i’ll be back!

The sequence was smart and well thought out and she gave great adjustments to help with my alignment. Great job Jesse and thanks for the strong, new 6am classes!!

se alle anmeldelserOmg wow that has to be my favorite corepower class I’ve ever taken. I love the candlelit classes. I especially love how late this class is so I don’t have to stress about rushing home from work, walking my dog and then making it to class. Nicole was amazing. She really sets the class with intention. Most instructors do but she was very calm and commanding — no phones, respect the class, and be present which really made you focus on the class. She had so many moves were just flowing the whole time and I was dripping sweat. She aims to have you work on your posture, notice your shoulders, chin, and makes you notice all the parts of your body you normally wouldn’t think about. It was an actively relaxing class. At a certain point I got a massage during pigeon and Savasana and I don’t want to sound cheesy but I almost teared up because I really needed it especially after a very stressful day trying to finish everything at work before a long holiday weekend. This class was amazing. Nicole was amazing. Best corepower class I’ve taken truly. This is what I come to corepower to feel. Thank you!!!!
