I guess the quality of work is purely depend on the staff (nail artist) individually. Unlike using their own package, booking by using ClassPass, we don’t get to pick who we want to provide the manicure.. I had some very good sessions with a particular staff and some very unsatisfactory ones too with another staff… so it’s purely based on luck. And.. this visit, probably not one I had luck with :(
