    Coach Alissa was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. The environment was excellent. While I did the large group class, others were active in small group or individual lessons. They have a lot of great options. The workout itself was well designed and left me walking out of there, walking with wobbly legs! Can't wait to go back.

    I’ve been a long time HJF fan - I’ve done a few rounds of boot camp, single pickup classes and events - and it’s always an awesome workout. The variety is great with each session. Holly does a great job of giving instructions and will help correct form as well as order modifications. All fitness levels are welcome and it’s always a fun time! Love Holly!
