I especially loved the chart showing what equipment was needed for the day. The instructor was good at correcting form when needed, and I even saw her check in on someone before class who was regretting not having breakfast yet because she realized she needed the extra energy. She gave her a healthy snack to give her that needed energy boost. 💛💪 Proper nutrition is fuel for our body, so loved that this was a small, but meaningful way to convey that, too.

However, I’m a visual learner, so I wish there were more demonstrations when doing the exercise. But I guess you can’t have both 😂

Cindy was so kind and actually cared about you doing all the movements correctly, and took time to get to know everyone in the class The studio in itself is gorgeous, spacious, and so beautifully decorated, it felt zen as soon as you walked in! I did heated yoga and I was not disappointed! I got an amazing workout and felt so detoxed after, every bone in my body felt relaxed and calm. The person touches from Cindy really make the world of difference, from bringing all of us towels at the end to making sure we all felt safe and comfortable. This was my favorite yoga class I have ever taken and will definitely be back with some friends! THANK YOU!!! <3
