There’s no mandatory things that you need to bring like grip socks and mats. No mandatory 15 minutes early, no mandatory registration beforehand. I just pulled up parked, entered the studio. checked in, the instructor asked for my name and I was guided into the studio. The mats and any equipment needed for the exercise are provided and I especially loved the eucalyptus rags after the heated class. The studio is gorgeous and Lindsay is a great instructor.
