We begin with questions or any concerns I had. Then, she had me complete a few movements to observe any areas of concern. Then she began the stretch session, and she didn't miss a spot. She took her time and carefully worked out every tight area. Some of her moves reminded me of a Thai massage I've had. I feel revived and ready for the week ahead.
