se alle anmeldelserFirst time here and really enjoyed it. The flow was pretty intense on the shoulder but if you train regularly it shouldn’t be a problem. Be advised to bring BOTH a mat and a towel. On Classpass it said to bring either and I really struggled with only my yoga mat as the sweat made it extremely slippery
