The class was challenging, but still suitable for beginners as the instructor was very diligent at correcting form. There were different levels of difficulty for stronger or more experienced attendees. I thought the instructor was very warm and welcoming, and I've already booked again for next week.

She paid such close attention to how I was doing as I mentioned I had a slight injury with my back. Lots of options/ modifications given. Would totally recommend to beginners!
