The class was very challenging, but my only note would be I wish there was a little more hands on instruction to correct form. Overall was a wonderful experience!

She made my experience incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. They have cold towels for you and cold water for you to refill your water bottle with. I would revisit and I would recommend:)

se alle anmeldelserFirst time at a professional sauna with infrared lights. I love the experience. Watching a show on TV really helps. This place is inside LA Fitness. I arrived 15 mins early and Josh professionally showed me my room #1, how to use the controllers, access the TV and the restrooms. He gave me suggestions on heating and the guide to what the different color lighting can be useful for. He had everything already set up with two towels and a cold towel outside. Body felt good after the session and knowing that I could control my own heating temperature was reassuring.
