I just wanted a blow-in and had minimal expectations, but Susan’s technique (and speed as well) without feeling like I was rushed, made it one of the best blowouts I’ve ever had. My hair was wavy, bouncy, and just felt overall natural and fresh. If I didn’t do it via Classpass, their rates are also reasonable with a promo from M-TH, Rm48 for wash & blow.
