se alle anmeldelserI had the best time at my class today. It was my first time trying Muay Thai and I see myself implementing it into my everyday routine. There was a lot of instruction that made me feel confident and there was a lot of one on one time despite it being a group class. It was a very encouraging environment and I recommend everyone check it out, even if you are a beginner. I would warn that there is quite a bit of conditioning which I personally enjoyed, but be aware.

The training was challenging but fun, and I felt comfortable even as a beginner. The gym had a great atmosphere and the facilities were clean and well organized.
