Active Series (Intro to Ashtanga)

se alle anmeldelserThis was my first sound bath ever. I walked away feeling very relaxed. I will say I think I’d prefer a little bit of guided breath and meditation paired with it. The only down side was someone ended up snoring next to me (good for him but not for me lol) But overall really cool experience and love this studio space everyone is so kind and welcoming!

se alle anmeldelserI cannot recommend Desert Serenity Float and Spa enough. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by beautiful, clean, and incredibly calming facilities that instantly put your mind at ease. The highlight of my experience was hands down Christina. She has a wonderful, warm personality that makes you feel welcome and cared for right away. Her massage was truly intuitive. She knew exactly where I was holding tension and went above and beyond to ensure I left feeling completely renewed. I also tried the salt float, which was pure heaven. It is the ultimate self treatment that everyone should treat themselves to regularly for a total mind and body reset. If you are looking for a top tier wellness experience, this is it. I will definitely be back.

The colorful lights stay on for the entire session. There is a shower in the room to shower before and after the session. Natalie was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable about the experience. Highly recommend!

se alle anmeldelserBeautiful space! Staff was very professional! Seems like a tight knit wellness community which is hard to find. This holistic massage was the first time someone has been able to target my pain in my lower back/upper hip and the first time I’ve had someone help me loosen this area. Highly recommend visiting the space for a treatment. Got to try the zero gravity water bed and the the red light therapy :)
