The instructors were all amazing, generous, knowledgeable, with great instruction, lots of attention. A really good welcoming atmosphere. I was a little apprehensive at first going in as a total beginner. But they made me feel so comfortable. I fit right in. I learned so many techniques and already feel stronger. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to come back. Thank you so much!
