A half hour was actually not enough time once you go back and forth from the sauna to cold plunge. The assistant was lovely and gave me instructions on how to maximize my experience. There was a towel heater which was so nice after the cold plunge, and I was able to take a shower right after. My only tiny complaint is that I couldn’t tell the cold from hot temperature on the shower - the cap was off one of the knobs. And it would’ve been nice to have some body lotion since they already provided lovely shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup wipes, Q-Tips, and cotton rounds. Other than that, I loved my experience and can see myself doing this every week because it felt THAT good!

Unfortunately, I can’t remember the name of the gentleman who assisted me, but he was fantastic. I tried the Mito Red Light Therapy Full Body Panels and the Normatec Compression Therapy, and I’m hooked! My legs feel so much lighter, and the red light therapy had a calming effect on my entire body. I highly recommend this place—10/10! I’ll definitely be going back.

I used to go here to get my cryotherapy sessions! I always liked this place. I noticed they had a sign outside that said they do vitamin injections. Wow! When I went inside, not only were their prices better, but their attitudes were waaaay better. So glad I discovered they're doing these shots. I'm so happy with my experience whenever I visit!
