The staff recognized me from previous visits, although I had not attended in some time, and not for this particular class. The workout was challenging and induced sweating, yet it also felt refreshing. The music played by the instructor was highly effective in motivating the group. For those new to the class, I recommend feeling at ease, as everyone is welcoming. So far, I have not had trouble finding parking, but it is crucial to arrive promptly to get settled. I will definitely return.

It was a lovely class, and I gained new ideas for how to move. It was also very useful for letting go of stress. Thank you! On a separate note, studio’s AC is very strong, which was ok mostly because there was a good amount of movement in the beginning and because Cat thoughtfully turned it off as we got to the more still part of class. If there’s a way to turn the AC to blow upward instead of directly down onto the class, it would be better for me personally. Or maybe one side can be the less air side and one side can be the direct air side, if the two units are separate. If I hadn’t brought a sweater, I would’ve been quite uncomfortable.

She was very focused on form but I felt there was more concern with how our postures looked, as opposed to how they felt. For example, she kept telling me to straighten my leg in certain poses when I wasn't able to do so due to inflexibility. I also had trouble understanding many of her cues. On top of that, the room we did yoga in was extremely echoey, which made it difficult to hear. But the studio as a whole is lovely and much more spacious than it looks from the outside, and there are showers. Even though I had a mixed experience, I'm keeping my review at five stars because I don't like to hurt small businesses.
