I always leave feeling like I’ve worked hard and achieved something. Eloise is also brilliant at communicating throughout the class and is so attentive when it comes to helping with form and technique. She explains things clearly, gives really helpful corrections, and makes sure you feel supported while still pushing you to improve. You can really tell how passionate and knowledgeable she is, and her classes are always something I look forward to. I couldn’t recommend Eloise highly enough!
