se alle anmeldelserOk I’ve been searching for a place in the area that has a genuinely positive experience. Newport/costa mesa/ Huntington can have some not so friendly people . Everyone here was incredibly nice - both the instructor and the patrons. It didn’t feel cliquey at all. The workout was hard and cardio heavy but I could pace myself. None of the moves were, but you definitely feel your muscles working. They set everything up for you too! It’s the first workout in a while that I actually feel good after. Hugely positive experience. I will back for sure! Thank you Nicole so much!

She is also so kind, and you can tell how much she cares about all of her students. It’s so cool that this studio offers Cadillac/Chair classes! Usually people have to sign up for private sessions to have access to this specialty equipment, so the fact that Body Design offers these classes is really such a gift!! The challenge is getting around the hoop and remembering the correct sequence and correct side. The hoops are of different sizes and heights so I think it’s ok to have couple more people than hoops because everyone moves around and try different hoops.

Class was just the right level of choreo to be a bit challenging, but still able to follow. (As someone who has not done dance choreo for about 15 years as a teen!) Definitely got some great cardio in and a good sweat. A refreshing, mentally engaging way to move! A great change up from typical fitness classes.

I prob need to take some more attention to figuring out which weight I’m at though; I think I overestimated my strength with stamina, as there are many reps and when I typically lift it’s to gain strength so I do heavier weights less times. This was a great challenge to provide a better all around fitness when working it in along with weight lifting. I’m ‘pumped’ to come again! Thank you! Also the front desk was super friendly and the facility was clean; though there were quite a few things that were in need of repair when looking around; including the steam room and the filtered water fountain, just a matter of time I’m sure. Parking was easy, too.

I don't know if I could become an everyday pole person because I like a lot of variety but I would definitely consider dropping in anytime I want a fun, feel good, mood boosting, and challenging class.

I took my friend and she said she didn’t even sweat 🥲. The instructor seems really nice, but she didn’t follow the beats and seemed more focus on choreography than the workout. She kept giving us water breaks so I don’t think we ever bounced for 10 minutes straight. I still love bounce class though
