se alle anmeldelserLovely class! The neon sign on the outside window was helpful in finding the unit. All staff I interacted with were sweet and helpful. Although I’m not completely new to yoga, it was my first time incorporating so many props—what a treat! I definitely left feeling less tense because I was able to get deeper stretches, thanks to the props. Instructor was amaaazing at cues—always clear, sometimes a tad fast but she always repeated herself in those instances. Loved the intention she set at the beginning, and that it was repeated a few times throughout as a reminder to come back to center. Will definitely be back!

The owners mom brought me an exquisite cup of organic tea just as class was starting. Lilli’s sound bath and yoga was everything and more. I live in San Diego and wouldn’t think twice about making the drive for her class. This studio is a gem and breath of fresh air from the sterile corporate yoga studios.

This was my first time implementing pilates into my workout routine as I only have been attending yoga classes before. However, I appreciate the introduction of pilates into today's workout. I would definitely return here as I found that yogalates further helps develop my flexibility and core strength.
