Peach 'n Abs
se alle anmeldelserTaking a class with Jessica is pure sunshine. She is my playlist bestie everything she plays makes for a fun, motivating workout. I enjoy her taking the time to explain the breath as it pertains to the movement. Her gentle reminders feel like a hand up towards your best workout experience. If you haven’t yet do yourself a favor and take class with her. All of the peaches are great, they make me feel welcome and included.

se alle anmeldelserSo much fun! I 💜 BTS so I immediately signed up when I saw it. The teacher is funny, has great energy and is very welcoming. This was my 4th class here and I will say as someone with zero dance experience, the K-pop dance classes are not for beginners. I’ll stick to the beginner classes but would love to one day be able to comfortably take the K-pop ones!

The instructor Natalie was amazing—super helpful, corrected form when needed, and somehow made me feel comfortable while I flailed around like a weird earthworm on a pole attempting a rainbow kick. The judgment-free vibe made it fun, and my midlife crisis would definitely try again!
