For those who have not yet had the pleasure of getting to know Dennis, he states this in a lot of classes, but do not be alarmed - He is not sick, He just has a deviated nose septum. This class is the best way to wind down from a crazy week and provide your body with the reset. We all desperately need. THANK YOU DENNIS 🙏🏻

se alle anmeldelserI tried Erin’s sculpt class for the first time today and I will definitely be back. Spicy in a good way and Erin was very welcoming and fun. She provided modifications for beginners and also advanced with heavier weights and ankle weights, etc.

If you are a beginner, she is very supportive and makes you want to come back!

se alle anmeldelserRosie was SO amazing and encouraging! I've taken one class here before and the heat was tolerable, but this one got SUPER hot and humid. I think I heard her mention it went up to 113 at one point! Me and my friend do hot yoga sculpt twice a week and love it but if you're sensitive to dizziness I would say this one might be a bit intense for most. If you want a crazy challenge, go for it! Such a good energy from everyone at this studio both times I've been. 🫶🏻

He makes you feel comfortable by offering modifications and alternatives for different levels, while still encouraging you to challenge yourself. I left feeling stronger, lighter, and so refreshed. While higher-intensity classes like C2 or Sculpt focus heavily on heat and conditioning, this mildly heated foundational flow provides the space to actually slow down, decompress the spine, and open up tight shoulders, traps, and hips without feeling rushed. The instructor Melissa gave clear, intentional alignment cues and allowed plenty of breath-to-movement cadence that helped release accumulated tension. The studio space was clean, quiet, and well-maintained, creating a solid environment to reset physically and mentally. It’s an ideal session for strength athletes, lifters, or anyone needing a low-friction, restorative mobility practice to balance out high-impact training. Highly recommended if you’re looking to focus purely on foundational alignment and breathwork.

A few tweaks would have made the class great: if we’re holding static poses for multiple breaths don’t cue that we’re going to flow as it’s contradictory; when offering an advanced modification, offer it on the first side to ensure balance on both sides; cue that we’ll take a last breath together rather than “one more breath (pause), breathe in and out and now rise” as it was confusing.

se alle anmeldelserOkay, YIKES!! in the best way! 😂🔥 My glutes and abs are STILL sore three days later! This was a more traditional Pilates workout than some of the classes I’ve been trying lately, with a definite lower-body, core, and glute focus. I’ll admit, I was a little skeptical when I first walked in, but that disappeared once class started. The instructor was fantastic, the workout was challenging, and I loved it! Apparently my glutes found some muscles they forgot they had. 😂 Such a great workout, I’ll definitely be back!

This was my first time implementing pilates into my workout routine as I only have been attending yoga classes before. However, I appreciate the introduction of pilates into today's workout. I would definitely return here as I found that yogalates further helps develop my flexibility and core strength.
