I would recommend her class if you're a beginner or if you're more advanced, and especially if you don't mind sweating a lot! I'd recommend bringing lots of water, an extra small towel, along with a mat towel to make your experience more enjoyable. I will be back to try her reformer class next :)

It was a continuous flow, with minimal to no water (didn’t find it that bothersome bc the room is nonheated), and the teachers gave clear instructions and corrections when needed.
